All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are shown on the /pricing page and may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Monthly and annual subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You will receive a reminder email before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your credit card is required at signup but will not be charged until day 8. If you cancel before day 8, no charge will be applied.

Exam Sprint is a one-time purchase giving 30 days of access from the date of purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by applicable law. PDF guides purchased via Gumroad are subject to Gumroad's refund policy. For Exam Sprint, contact contact@frenchwithben.com within 48 hours of purchase if you experience a technical issue.

Access to member content is personal and non-transferable. Content may not be downloaded, shared, or redistributed. French With Ben reserves the right to update or modify content to ensure accuracy.

Private Lessons are booked and governed by Preply's terms. French With Ben is not responsible for Preply's platform availability or refund decisions. Private Direct Calls with Ben included in Premium and Exam Sprint are booked directly with Ben.
